On offer we have good sized double room in a chilled house hold with two young professionals. The house has Two toilets, one shower (mighty fine shower too, possibly the best this side of Southville). We also have an open plan shared sitting room and kitchen.

Out back we there is a decent sized garden, with lockable shed (side gate is also lockable so bike storage is tighter than fort Knox). There's no smoking allowed inside but out back is fair game.

Current tenants and me (Chris) and my best pal George. I'm a veggie hes not, we're chill and enjoy outdoor activities, like wild camping or canoeing.

Equally shared bills come to around 100-130 pcm.
