I am renting out a large double room with your own bathroom.

The bedroom is located 2nd floor and I am 3rd floor however my home office is your floor so that’s the only time I’ll be on your floor and I’ll shut the door.

I am happy to include access to the smaller room to store clothes which will allow more room in your bedroom.

I can provide a double bed , mattress, Chester draws, and make up dresser or remove it all for you.

Also a very small TV with a Roku stick.

I do work from home all week as self employed and don’t want anyone who works from home too often as enjoy my space .

The price includes the room, bathroom , kitchen and occasional access to the living room but I do like my own space on an evening.

The other spare room I dry the clothes but happy to let you store stuff.

£700 is inclusive of WiFi, council tax, sky, gas , electric, and all bills and cleaning products.

Parking is street parking but right outside.

Large garden with back gate access.

You can use the garage to store a bike.

Happy to consider a short term let on a monthly basis or 6-12 months or Monday to Friday £500pcm

Open to offers and flexible for the right person.

Dont want kids or partners staying over as this is just a a room to rent 🙂

Happy to meet and discuss but it’s a very clean and immaculate house hold and I do have high standards.

In terms of me I’m usually in bed by 9:30/10pm so any noise past 10pm won’t work.

This household is Brinsham green near peg hill -
NOT near ladden garden.

15 mins from Wotton-Under-Edge and a 30 mins walk to chipping sodbury!
