Situated on the main Gloucester Road overlooking the beautiful Horfield Common and 5 minutes walk to southmead hospital we have a small single ensuite, single ensuite and double ensuite rooms available. well decorated and clean. internet available throughout the property. minimum monthly lets available from £850 in small single. larger double rooms from £1100 to£1200. couples are also welcome in the double rooms. all bedding provided and changed weekly along with cleaning of room. fully equipped kitchen available. the rooms are idea for working/professionals , mature students and travellers. guests are required to respect and adhere to house rules as a family establishment. no parties, no smoking on premises, no overnight guests unless agree beforehand with owners. the house has a lovely garden area for guests to enjoy. This is a family household so you would be living in the family house although i have my own separate living quarters. we do not provide tenancy agreements. if any issues your stay will not be extended. if you like the way we operate and all is good you can stay as long as you need quality accommodation
