I'm renting my large double bedroom in my 3 bed house in Coalpit Heath.
All bills are included (including council tax) and I live away from home most of the week so you'll regularly have the house to yourself. This includes the newly refurbished kitchen diner and cosy, newly decorated living room with open views to the fields opposite. It also means you will mostly have the family bathroom with bath and overbath shower all to yourself.
There is a hanging rail for you to use in the room and I can add a desk / table if you need, just let me know.
I have advertised the room as a Mon-Fri let (available to you from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon) but occasionally weekends may be available on request.
This is a great location for a bit of peace and quiet with lots of walks, shops and pubs all pretty much on the doorstep. For those commuting, there are good links to Bristol and M32 / M4 / M5 motorways.
It is a perfect place for a short term stay if you are looking to fill a gap in long term rentals, need a place to stay for work during the week or if you are looking for somewhere more permanent and want to get a feel of the area.
