One small double room is available in a three-bed house in Redfield. You'll be sharing with me (36 years old, live in landlord), my other lodger, Ashleigh, and my rescue dog, Atti! Ash works Monday - Friday at the BRI and I'm a freelancer so some days I'm home and others I'm out, but we like to have a catch up in the evenings about the day.

Our ideal new housemate would be someone who's up for pitching in around the house, sharing a little of their life, and who doesn't routinely work nights. Other than that we're pretty open to any routine - freelancers and WFH is ok, and all ages and genders are welcome. You should be comfortable living with dogs as Atti is high energy and will happily have your attention all day if you let him!

The bedroom available is small but sunny and comes furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and small double bed. I can take some furniture out if you prefer to bring your own, and there's space for a desk too.

Downstairs, there's an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a small south-facing paved garden.

The rent includes all the bills (council tax, broadband, TV, water, gas and electric).
