Lovely large double room to rent in a great area just off the Portway and the Downs. It is a 10 minute drive to the city centre, a 1 minute drive to join the Portway which takes you either into the centre or onto the M4/M5 motorway. There is lots of green space in close walking distance to our house, as well as a gym and local amenities, train station and bus stops. We are a professional couple in our late 20's who have a spare room and are looking for a housemate who is tidy and respectful.

We know how difficult it is getting a room in Bristol so are happy to offer short term stay (1 month minimum) to help people trying to navigate the tricky Bristol housing market. If you are a good fit, we are also open to having a long term housemate. Let us know what your situation is and be great to have a Facetime/a cuppa to make sure we are a good fit for each other.

About us:
We are both 29 years old. Our professions are teacher and project manager. The project manager works from home. We are sociable people who occasionally have friends over. One of us plays guitar but always at reasonable times of the day.

-Tidy and respectful

What we can offer you:
Great access to the Portway (1 minute drive down the road), the motorway, the Downs, Blaise Castle Estate, Kings Weston House and only a 10-minute drive to the centre.

The area has great transport links too. It is a 10 minute walk to Sea Mills station that has regular trains that take you to Clifton Down, Montpelier, Redland, Stapleton Road, Lawrence Hill and Temple Meads within 20 minutes.
