We (Lydia & William) have a good sized double room available to let in our home. It is walking distance to seafront, town centre and train station.
The room is spacious and partially furnished with: wardrobe, bedside table and small double bed (4ft). we can also supply a desk if needed.
Large communal kitchen diner and access to garden.
Utilities, Council Tax and Broadband included.
We have 2 cats so you must be OK with pets. we are open to the addition of other animals to the household, but will need to be discussed and reviewed.
We are out at work Monday to Friday so the house would be quiet during the day if you work from home. We tend to enjoy a quiet house in the evening, but will occasionally have friends round for drinks and games.
