We've got a spare double room in a three bedroom house - its got two double bedrooms and a very small single that's being used as an office.

The house is a middle terrace house, with nice neighbours each side, parking out front and a pretty wild garden with a pond.
The house is a little old, so doesn't have that modern finish to it, but the landlord is happy for us to paint/decorate the house - so if you wanted to add a splash of paint to the room, you'd be welcome to.

We have a direct contract with the landlord and rather than this being a house share where you're renting just the room, we'll be on a contract with the three of us renting the whole house as a unit.
The landlord is lovely, she just wants nice people living in her house and is very responsive when we need her.

We're a couple 28/30 years old both working professionals. I'm more introverted, play quietly on my pc or like to play board games. I'm a good cook and enjoy baking.
My partner is a gamer and also enjoys a board game. He makes great drinks if you ever want to hang out with us!
We also have a very friendly cat, called Iroh.
