Im looking to rent my room for a month or less if necessary as im moving out before my contract ends and will be paying double rent.

It comes with a set of draws, hangers, desk and a chair.
The toilet is down the corridor, it is a shared toilet but the people who used it moved out so its only used by me now.
Shared kitchen and living room all very spacious.
All bills included with the price.
Supermarkets and food places just up the road.
The bus stop into town is 1min walk away.
