Hey all

The room is a lovely really big quiet private room. In the basement but does have ventilation and day light and gets the morning sun. Its warm in winter and cool in summer. The room also has 2 big walk in wardrobes if you have a lot of stuff its, perfect for you.

Current lodgers are, Rick55, he is a good man, salt of the early Londoner, always funny positive and respectful of everyone in the house. He has a lady friend and likes a beer. Ali25. Shes very quiet, vegetarian, love gardening, very sweet and well traveled. James23 Hes a traditional catholic, way up some spectrum but funny kind and helpful. A diverse lot but all with good hearts and good fun.

I am a 66 yr old gay decorator, retired from my hedonistic life style and partially retired from decorating and spend a lot of time in Devon now (all welcome to join in trips!) I like the company of people in the house and keep a warm clean safe home.

We like pets if you have a good one. You will need to be good at helping keep us all at keeping a clean house and kitchen and recycling and all that, also being social here and there is a plus. We do all eat together, mostly Sunday roasts also we go out here and there, birthdays, Christmas and all excuses.

Spread over 3 floors, our house looks little but its quite big!

A comfortable communal lounge and dining room and play area with music, dart board and tomatoes growing in the greenhouse. and spare outside loo & shower and sink. Also sunny shared garden with pond.

Up the hill so good clean air and a safe relaxed area within 30 minutes walk from all the good things in Bristol: parks, sports, music, food, the docks, shopping all easy by bus bike or legs and no parking scheme up here so always parking plus only a 10 minute walk to Gloucester Road.

The house has a fridge each, power shower and bath, new boiler, big washing machine, double glazing, 2 loos, fire alarms and is warm in winter and cool in summer!

I do smoke, in my room but no one else does and I do respect peoples preferences.

The pub right across the road is nice, we often have a beer there and also Gloucester Road for a drinks or food as it has so much diversity and its just 10mins to walk. A big Tesco's 5 mins away plus other restaurants and shops.
