Hey all.
A big comfortable double basement room with big walk in wardrobe and lots of extra storage.

Its a basement rooms but has a windows and day light and warm in winter and cool in summer.

Being oldish, I like the house warm in winter and we all share the work to keep it clean and homely.

Everyone gets their own fridge so we can all follow our own diets.

2 toilets so no loo que in the mornings and rewired, fire alarmed in a very safe nice area.

A safe relaxed area within minutes’ walk from all the good things in Bristol: Bars, Clubs, Parks, sports, music, food, the docks, shopping all easy by bus bike or legs and no parking scheme up here so always parking plus only a 10 minute walk to Gloucester Road.

I am a chilled 65 year old, happy, gay decorator. I enjoy keeping a warm clean safe home and as long as you clean up your own mess and take me out for a dance sometimes, I'm nice!

Currently 2 males and 1 female and a dog here at the moment, all kind and helpful and fun, we all currently get along really well and have lots of humorous moments.

I smoke a little something, in my room but apart from that, not generally indoors and respect others preferences.

No fixed contract! just 30 days notice to leave.
