I’m looking for someone who would like to live in my spare room :) it’s a double room in a recently renovated flat, with a modern fitted kitchen, living room and dining area. It’s in a really great location with great transport links to Bristol City Centre which is close by and Bath, in commutable distance (the bus stop is a minute walk from the flat) Temple Meads train station is accessible via bus.

There are 2 bedrooms (I live in the other) and 1 bathroom (with a shower and bathtub).

There is a TV in the living room (TV license included), high-speed broadband, gas central heating, all fully furnished with all bills included!

I’m from Bristol but I’m new to this area!
I work full time and I’m quite an active person (I go to the gym and play several sports) so I’m usually out and about - so I keep it quite chilled when home. I’m looking for one friendly person to share my home with me and treat my home as their own :)
