Beautiful, double room, French windows opening to the garden in The Yard, St Werburghs - part of a wonderful eco community of friends and neighbours. Surrounded by allotments and next to a nature reserve. My preference is for a Monday to Friday let for 600. But I'm open to 7 day lets for 750 or to reduce 7 day rent in exchange for dog walks/diy.

I work from home most of the time. I like to think I am friendly, warm and down-to-earth with a passion for health, nutrition, nature, singing, dancing and Qigong.

I'm not really a late night person and try to get to bed by 10pm as I often have 6am starts. So things need to be pretty shanti after that. My work is full on so I like to unwind in the evenings and keep things pretty peaceful. If you are up for late nights and lots of mates over this is not the place for you! It's more of a peaceful retreat space to relax - so if thats what you want get in touch!

I live with my gorgeous dog, who is also very friendly and has cured several lodgers of their fear of dogs. And we share the kitchen and dining room with one other lodger. There is a relaxed friendly vibe in the house - we are pretty self sufficient - don't tend to tell each other our daily troubles but are there for each other when needed.

Probably more drawn to sharing with a woman though open to the possibility of a guy or someone identifying as either. It would need to be someone who doesn't work at home as I do and my study opens onto kitchen.

The toilet/shower door is about 2 steps away from the bedroom door so I've ticked ensuite cause most people who have wanted ensuite have felt like thats good enough!
