Lovely room with double bed, fully furnished with new carpet and new furniture, available in newly renovated house, all bills and high speed broadband included.
We have a large kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, large 1000w microwave, large American style fridge/freezer and a second tall fridge/freezer, plenty of individual storage, toaster, kettle for general use, etc.
The living room has a large wall mounted flat screen TV and there is a separate dining room/drying room and newly renovated bathroom and a newly renovated shower room.
All common areas cleaned weekly.
Excellent links and quick access to the centre of town, even on foot, including via one of the few 24 hour busses in Bristol city and many other busses that run regularly throughout the day down Church Road to Old Market in historic Redfield, with many new restaurants and cafés, a main Tesco and Aldi and much more including a local Co-Op very near to the house.
Our road, a quiet side street off the main road, is between the bus stops going in both directions, into and coming out of town and we are located before the well known fountain fork so both busses going to the city center from and to Kingswood and those going to the city center from and to Hanham pass our stops which means we have among the most frequent bus services available in Bristol city today.
Also there's the lovely Victorian St. George park on the one side and Avonview on the other so we are situated between two green areas and located so close to the centre of Bristol city.
Xanthi, Dominic, Yebo and myself Angelos [live in landlord] share the house.
I'm looking another quiet, clean, professional lodger.
