We have our lovely flat near St George’s park and Bristol & Bath Pathway. Friendly tenants who’ve lived here for several years. Our flatmate is moving away so his room is up for grabs at a fantastic price of £550 (all bills included)
The flat has two toilets, a decent sized kitchen with dining table. Lots of fridge and freezer space.
The tenants are chilled and courteous. We’re sociable but not to the point we’re all dining together… but we do love a good catch up in the kitchen and we all get along well.
We’re really looking for someone to make their home here for at least a year or two. 🙂
Two of us are musicians, quiet and respectful ‘headphones based’, so it would be an great choice for anyone into music, we have a large living room TV and Virgin with superfast broadband.
Two of us work away during the week so there's even more sense of space and room during the weekdays.

Must be employed, preferably 27yo or older and able to pay one month’s deposit and first month’s rent up front as well as be able to pay direct debit by the 28th of each month.
