Seeking short term lodger for airy and modern Bristol flat
The property is currently on the market and is tenanted, however due to personal reasons I am having to move back as a "live in" landlord from the 1st February while i continue to facilitate viewings on the property. During this time I am seeking a lodger to help with running costs etc
Here's the deal - I will not actually be living at the property 95% of the time due to the fact I am working and staying up near London for the time being. This means that as a lodger you will have the majority of the flat to yourself, the majority of the time. I will just need access to the smaller bedroom from time to time, however i often stay with my partner when in Bristol so will not even be there for most of these occasions also.
The only thing to consider is there will be viewings on the property as it remains on the market.
The flat comprises of:
- 2 Bedrooms
- 1 Bathroom
- 1 Entrance room/hallway
- 1 Large open plan kitchen and lounge
- Access to rooftop running track with bbqs and panoramic city views
- 1 parking space that the lodger will have access to
£850 pcm, bills not included (this is to be discussed and worked out between us as I will not be there for majority of the time, hence the majority of the bills will need to be covered by the lodger)
Available from 1st Feb, minimum 2 months with the option to stay on longer while the property sells
Unfortunately no pets - this is not my choice! It is in the lease of the building...if I had my way then I would have all the pets. I do have my own dog however who will be with me if i need to stay at the property on very rare occasions
