Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a lovely double ensuite in Bedminster! The room is spacious, easily fitting in a queen/king bed and comes with a built-in wardrobe as well as clothes rails. The private ensuite comes with a great shower and plenty of space!
There's a really cosy shared living room, separate kitchen, and an airy conservatory with dining table and chairs. There's also a gorgeous garden, covered bike storage, and a driveway for two cars. It's on a really quiet cul-de-sac, but close to Parson Street station and North Street.
You'll be sharing with two female professionals who enjoy a relaxing space, and will be splitting bills evenly with them.
I can include the bed and mattress for £80 if needed! They're dismantled right now, but easily put back up!
