I’m going travelling at the end of February 2026 and want to rent out the room to save some money. The room is available from the start of March 2026 under the current 12-month tenancy which ends on the 19th of May 2026. I won’t be moving back in after travelling so once the 19th of May arrives, if you like the room, you can sign a new tenancy, or you can leave stress free.
The bed, drawers and cupboards will remain, however, I will be taking the TV and TV shelf, and the desk.
Flat mates are super friendly and I’ve never had any issues with noise at all. They would also love a cat so happy to accommodate that as well.
Bills are not included but are around £170/month. WiFi included.
I have also now vacated the room so the photos of the empty room are what it currently looks like.
