We are looking for a housemate to join us in our house in a lovely 3 bed, with a garden backing onto the river in Eastville. medium double bedroom ( 650 w/bills). Bills include: water, electricity, gas, council tax and wifi.
There is a big living room with a working fireplace, a open kitchen dining room with a wood burner and a sofa. We share one bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A lovely nature garden where we hope to grow some veggies in spring.
The house has huge windows and lots of light, but can also be chilly. This is our first winter here and are figuring out what we can do to insulate it better.

We are looking for people who would contribute to a homely and collaborative dynamic in the house. Particularly looking for people who would like to cook for the house once a week, do activities together, can communicate needs and address conflict with care.

We are open to vegan or vegetarians but we do eat meat so you would need to be ok with meat being cooked in the house.
No WFH, but open for hybrid wfh.
Not a party house. Sorry no pets. Couples accepted. Looking for over 25yolds. LGBTQ+ friendly. Furnished room.
I offer massage treatments from home on Thursdays and Saturdays in the living room, so would ask for quietness and mindfulness at this time.

Yasin is an engineer and dancer. Enjoys being silly, deep conversations about philosophy, history and politics and values sharing and community. Enjoys music and dancing.

Edwina (yasins partner). Massage therapist and dance artist. interested in all things related to the body, enjoys introspective conversation and values self-awareness, care and community. I like to sew my own clothes, be creative with my hands, do pilates, weight lifting, cooking.
