Hey people hope you are well I have a double room in St Werburghs going for rent £800 all bills included its a terrace house close to city centre. Currently 3 including myself live here. One female and one male, the kitchen is a shared space, as well as bathroom and garden. It’s a none party house with no drinking so good vibes all round. Really keen to get some people over come have a friendly chat and see if this place could be for you, just send me a message and we can make a time work.
It’s £800 per month all bills included, but offers can be made etc. I’ll try to respond to all replies asap!

Little about the occupants, I myself have a daughter so sometimes she comes over she is only 6 so you need to be comfortable with her coming over on the odd weekend.

Tracey, she is 60 her room is in the attic, she’s chill enough usually found on zoom meetings, also my mother so has an influence on how the house is run.

Finally ED. Who’s a PHD student and a bodybuilder, so expect to see eggs around the kitchen.

It’s my policy that you pay for the month, but if you want to move on at any point I won’t tie you down with lengthy agreements, its a bit like a hostel where you pay for the amount of time you want to stay, I just think if someone doesn’t vibe a place and wants to move I should give them full freedom to do so, so it’s a no strings attached approach

The house can get a bit messy at times but everyone does their bit to help out. Would be great to get to know you to manage expectations and workout if you could be a good fit. Looking to get people for a view in asap so please drop me a message!
