House has 4 other tenants, all going in to 3rd or 4th year across different degrees, a mix of home and international students and LGBTQ+ friendly, social but relaxed. Large shared living room with adjoining kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet and shower, front garden. If desired, can have sole use of shower in bathroom 2 as room on offer is slightly smaller than others in house. Must be okay with cats as neighbourhood cat visits often.
