We at the Cranbrook Road Crew have a room to-let! Sadly one of our housemates is leaving so we're looking for someone to take their place!

The primary room is the largest room in the house and comes in at approx £785 with bills and the tenancy lasting until September. It comes with access to a private bike lockup and private parking via the back garden - so the price is a steal!

There is a also a smaller single room available *instead* at 590 with bills

We're a super friendly bunch and are all studying across the range of the MA programmes at BOVTS, so this is a dream for creatives!

There are currently 3 females and 2 males in the house and we're ideally looking for a Female or LGBTQ+ friendly person to join us!

Due to council tax reasons - this vacancy is best suited for a student - but non-students can enquire!
