We’ve recently refurbished our home to a really high standard and have a lovely spare room available.

At the moment, we have one quiet, respectful lodger and are looking for someone similar to join the household. I’m a single parent with two friendly, sociable kids (11 & 14), so it’s a warm, easygoing home rather than a party house.

We’re in a peaceful part of Redland, just a short walk from Gloucester Road with all its great cafés, shops and Bristol buzz.

The monthly rent includes all bills, cleaning, and fresh bed linen every monday. There’s also the option to get a residents’ parking permit if you have a car.

You can store your personal items in the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen over the weekend. We just need to use the room for occasional family guest use and the drying cupboard in the room is used for laundry at the weekend. This is the reason it is a week day let only.

We’d love to find another easygoing housemate who’ll feel at home here.
