I am sadly moving out of my room in a shared top floor flat. 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, and living room. Available from 1st May.

Room is fully furnished (double bed, desk, chair, tons of storage) and plenty of floor space. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer available.

Amazing location, 5mins walk to Clifton Down shopping center, pubs/restaurants on Whiteladies road, ~20min walking distance to bus station and city center.

Current flatmates are 29/30 year old young professionals who mostly work 9-5 out of the house and enjoy going to gigs, pub, or chilling with a movie on a night in. Looking for someone who is social but also enjoys doing their own thing. House is lived in, so not suitable for someone who doesn't like clutter.
