I am sadly moving out of my lovely double bedroom on Lime Road in Southville. The room is available from the 1st May 2026, the rent is £720 and all bills are included.
The room is part of a 6 bedroom house, theres a communal kitchen / living area, 2 main bathrooms, a WC under the stairs, and a paved garden to the rear.
The room comes unfurnished, though it has a handy built in wardrobe. It is situated to the rear of the house, and looks over the garden. There are 2 bathrooms on the same floor, each with a shower.
The house is just off North Street. There is parking available on the street, though a permit is required. It's a nice relaxed street, and usually pretty quiet.
The best bit about the house are the housemates, who are all really lovely, considerate and all around great people! I will be very sad to leave them all. You'd be living with:
Ben (22) - works at a climbing centre.
Dan (27) - studying a law conversion course.
Freya (27) - an assistant psychologist.
Josh - (26) - a retail manager.
Lexi (28) - a mechanical engineer
Everyone has a range of interests and hobbies. It's pretty relaxed and calm in the house. We are LGBTQ friendly, a few of us are vegetarian.
