URGENT- Looking for 2 people to fill 2 double rooms in a 5 bed house in Eastville/Easton for mid-April, (signing the tenancy agreement 14/15th April, move-in flexible). Rooms are £560 each +bills (about £25 pcm council tax, about £55 water+gas in the winter, £70 water for the year)
🌟It’s a big house with a lovely living room, a separate dining room, a good-sized kitchen, 3 bathrooms and outdoor courtyard space.
🌟Great location, right next to Eastville park, bus stop directly outside, less then 10 minute bus journey to town on the 48x and 49x or about 20 minutes on the 24, 48, 49, 10 minute cycle to centre
🌟Lots of amenities nearby with local butchers, grocers and corner shops, big Tesco a 5 minute walk away, and St Marks Rd with lovely cafes/pubs a 10 minute walk away

Looking for 2 sprightly individuals to join a sociable and musical house in the Eastville area.
Current housemates are punk/metal band members and 1 hip-hop head.
Ideally looking for musically inclined people or just generally creative and easy-going.
Hobbies in the house include skateboarding, climbing, gigs, pub, healthy eating, and generally being outdoors.
So long as you bring good vibes, good chat and good manners, then I'm sure we'll get along!
The bare minimum is expected, eg, cleaning up after yourself, chipping in with chores and replacing things you use up.
