We are Connie & Ryan, a couple who've moved into our first home together. We are in our mid-30s, enjoy cycling, yoga, board games, music, cooking, series & nature documentary watching, reading, chilling in and sprucing up the garden. We enjoy sharing social times, but equally need that bit of downtime in the evenings.

We have a furnished small-double room available in our comfy 3-bedroom home in St George, easily walkable to the beautiful green spaces of Troopers Hill & Conham River Park, 5 minute walk from direct bus routes into the city centre.

The room is furnished with a double bed with firm mattress and storage space underneath, a small double wardrobe, bedside drawer, book shelf (all pictured), and potentially some other furnishings if required.
The room is rear-facing and has lovely private allotment views. The views to the front (via the kitchen and front garden) are some of the best to be found in Bristol!

In the house we've the usual modcons: fast broadband, TV with streaming services, bath and shower, dishwasher, a conservatory and front and rear gardens. There's spaces for bicycle storage and there's plenty of on-street car parking as well.

We'd love to find someone short-term (3-6 months), or anyone seeking a short-term Monday-Friday arrangement. Ideally you'll be vegetarian (not a deal-breaker), easy-going natured, enjoys a clean and tidy space and potentially cat-friendly as we're considering getting a kitten!
