Hi all,

I am looking for someone to rent a double room in a very recently renovated property in St Judes/Easton. The room is furnished (the pics are older!) but can be removed - which ever works best, please let me know. The room is currently available on the understanding it will be a short term let with a potential to stay on longer on a rolling basis. Recent high-spec renovations means absolutely everything is brand new and working.

The property is technically in St Jude's, sandwiched between Easton and Old Market, so very close to all the pubs and amenities of the area and the centre. Street parking permit can be arranged if required - which will offer parking for the entire Easton/St Philips area.
