Hello, I'm looking for a lodger to live in my terraced house in Ashley down.

I am letting out a spacious double bedroom as well as a private office that would be great for somebody who works from home. The bedroom is currently empty but I can furnish it at no extra cost.

The house is in a great location on a quiet street off Ashley Down road and is just a couple minutes walk away from the station. Gloucester Road, Stoke Park and St Werbs are all within in a 20 minute walk.

I'm a 32 year old engineer who works for a defence company in Filton. I'm quite an active person, I enjoy running and going to the gym.

I'm quite sociable and have a great group of friends in Bristol who I spend time exploring different pubs around the city with.

The room is available now and is for single occupancy only, no couples.
