Hi, my friend and I (both female, aged 22 and 23) are looking for someone to rent a single room in a shared house in Henleaze in Bristol.

About the house:
- In a quiet area not far from Gloucester Road (1 mile)
- Bedroom is approximately 3.16 metres long and 0.8 metres wide and is unfurnished
- All bedrooms are upstairs
- Shared kitchen, bathroom (shower, no bath) and living room
- The landlady will require a guarantor
- Small conservatory currently used to store bikes
- Driveway and parking available
- Council tax band D
- We are ideally looking for someone planning to stay at least a year

I have lived in this house since last August and have really enjoyed living here, the area is quiet but not far from the city and Henleaze high street is just up the road. Please let me know if you are interested and/or have any questions :)
