Available June, July and August (flexible on this).

You’d be sharing with a lovely queer artist most of the time, and me (queer neurodivergent nature geek) - I’ll only be staying a few days over that period.

Access info: Bedroom is on the first floor- so is the bathroom. There are 11 steps up to the front door as well as a sloped driveway with access to bike storage.
The room is furnished with a single trundle bed (can become 2 singles side by side), side table and cupboards. The house has:
- Open plan kitchen diner with dishwasher.
- Big garden with patio entertaining space and fire bowl.
- shower and bath.
- Bedminster Down is a very quiet residential area, hardly any road noise. Lots of parking space and bike storage.
- Gorgeous Manor woods is 1 min away.
- Bus stop 3 mins away, takes 20 mins to get to the centre. Parson St station is 15 mins walk.
- North St (lots of great cafes, bars, shops, Tobacco Factory theatre etc) is 10 mins by bike.

A deposit of 1 month’s rent will be DPS protected- DSS accepted.
