Part of a 3 bed end of terrace house , just a 2-minute walk to Eastville park and the 48 /49 and 24 bus stops into town. Stapleton Road station is a 10 minute walk where you can get direct trains to Temple Meads. St Marks road is a 10 minute walk away with a few independent shops, cafes and restaurants and Eastgate shopping area is also a 10 minute walk away with an IKEA, Tesco, Boots and Marks and Spencer’s
The room is spacious and comes with a king bed, armchair, wardrobe, drawers and side table. The shared bathroom is next to the room. The is also a second bathroom downstairs next to the basement. The house has a large kitchen opening onto a lovely garden, as well as an open plan dining room/ lounge and a basement acting as an office/ spare room/ lounge. The garden has a patio with outdoor seating. Free on-street parking is available and off street parking when I’m away.
