You’d have full use of the shared kitchen, bathroom and living/dining areas. The flat has a bright open-plan living space with lots of natural light and plants, and you’re welcome to make yourself at home in the communal areas, including use of the TV, gaming consoles and piano.

The flat also comes with an allocated parking space and secure locked bike storage.

It’s really well connected, with the M1, M3 and M4 MetroBus routes getting into central Bristol in around 10–15 minutes. The bus stop is right outside the flat. Bristol Parkway is around 15 minutes away by bus.

About the household

You’d be sharing the flat with me. I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate and LGBTQ+ friendly who’d like the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere we both happen to live.

I’m pretty sociable and active and spend a lot of my spare time playing badminton, seeing friends, gaming and listening to music. Ideally I’d like to live with someone I genuinely get on with - the kind of household where we might sometimes cook or eat together, watch something, have a drink or play games - while obviously still having our own lives, friends and downtime.

There’s absolutely no expectation that we have to socialise all the time - I’m just hoping to find someone where living together feels comfortable and friendly.
