Your new room, is in a two bedroom apartment in a relatively new complex close to Temple Meads mainline train station. I use one of the bedrooms.

It is a double sized room, with a double bed, however I am only renting it to a single person. Sorry no couples. The room comes with the bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. you will have sole use of the family bathroom, with shower, as I have an en-suite. You have a TV in your room with FreeView.

The apartment has high speed (1Gb) Wi-Fi.

The apartment has all the usual equipment in the kitchen. The apartment is strictly no smoking, but if you are a smoker, you are welcome to smoke on the roof garden or outside.

The apartment complex benefits from a relatively well equipped gym, which you will have FREE access to. If you cycle, there is a secure bike store. There is unallocated car parking available on a first come, first served basis in a residents parking zone. You will need to obtain a residents parking permit from the council.

The apartment is located approximately 5 minutes walk from Temple Meads station, and in the opposite direction, the Old Market area, with its bus stops, shops and bars. The city centre is approximately 7 minutes walk.

As a gay male, I would prefer to rent to someone from the LGBTQ+ community, but if you are straight, provided you don't have a problem with me being gay, then you'd be welcome.

The room is available from 1st August and is available to view now.
