We are looking for someone to move into a room in our 4-bedroom house. Two of us own the property and we are renting the other two rooms out (we treat it like a standard house share). We are a chilled out bunch and will get on happily with most people - please give me a call if you are interested! Currently there are 2 Will's and an Ali living here, we are all mid to late 20's and work doing either engineering or a PhD at Bristol uni.

We have a large shared living space with big TV and speakers, long garden with patio, BBQ, outdoor furniture and a garage with storage space. The house has two bathrooms, one on the first floor (middle floor) and one on the top floor. The top floor bathroom was built when we moved into the house and renovated it a couple of years ago and is reasonably large with a walk-in shower. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house with more on-street parking next to the house. The house is on a quiet street - never any issues with cars at night. There are parks nearby and a local shop 3 minutes walk away. The bedroom window of the room being advertised overlooks the garden and beyond that a park, so it is very quiet at night. If you are partial to a sunset then you're in for a treat because this bedroom has provided some of the best sunsets I have ever seen!

The price includes all bills - including council tax. We have 200mb broadband!

The room being offered is on the top floor. It has been freshly carpeted and has a brand new IKEA bed and mattress, with 2-inch foam mattress topper.

We also own a cat called Pixel! She is great fun to have about but we know it can either be a big attraction or a deal breaker so please bear it in mind!

By the way - some of the pictures were taken a year back and some are current. Please read the captions for information on when pictures were taken. You will see a desk has appeared and furniture has changed colour! There is also more shelving at the foot of the bed attached to the wardrobe. We are happy to provide or remove furniture to suit your needs, provided the requests are reasonable!
