Hi! We have a double furnished room available in our quiet family home; situated in a friendly chilled neighbourhood just off the lively Gloucester Road.

You would be sharing with me, my teen and our well-behaved poodle cross doggo - very open to extra walks/attention.
We enjoy spending time with friends, cooking and getting out for walks. I also like making the most of living in Bristol - seeing bands, nearby festivals, bars and the occasional night out.

It’s a spacious house and the room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. You would have shared use of the lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a garden which could use a lot more tlc than it gets currently, if gardening is your thing! On street parking is available.

Our home is in a great location with lovely neighbours and the area has a real sense of community. It's a minute away from Gloucester Road with its local and independent shops, bars and restaurants; and has easy access to the City Centre, UWE Frenchay, UoB, MOD, Southmead Hospital and BRI – direct bus routes or around half hour walk. The lovely green spaces of Horfield Common, Purdown, St Andrews Park and Narroways are also just a short stroll away.
