Beautiful and very central Bristol home offers a quiet and comfortable very large double bedroom plenty of storage for just £250 weekly inclusive of fast internet and all bills.
The house is very centrally located less than 10 mins walk from the city centre and only a few minutes walk to local transport, vibrant cafes, restaurants and nightlife on Stokes Croft.
We are looking for a happy and considerate professional or mature student sorry but at present this room is unsuitable for someone who works from home more than 1 day per week
Large sunny kitchen with coffee machine a shared sitting room and 2 very clean shared bathrooms and laundry room with washer and dryer.
We are a very relaxed and creative household looking to share our home with someone who is sociable but enjoys their own space and respects quiet time between 11pm and 7am.
We ask that you meet your friends outside of the house in the first 3 months there are some wonderful cafes and bars in the local area and a vibrant nightlife too!!
8 week minimum contract and £250 security deposit.
We will consider shorter rentals of less than 8 weeks and we are happy to provide bedding and towels should you need them

Weekly rental cost for short stays (less than 8 weeks) £300 p/w Inc bills
