Looking for a social housemate to join me in my 2 bed apartment in Harry Stoke.

The room is a large, bright double, with a fitted wardrobe, large windows and an ensuite bathroom including a shower. There is a shared kitchen and living space as well as off-street parking and a secure private garage for bike storage.

The apartment is ideally situated, being 5 mins walk from UWE, 10 mins walk to Parkway station and 10 min walk to MoD Abbey Wood. There is also easy access to M32, M4, Lidl, ASDA, Sainsburys, Airbus, QinetiQ, Rolls-Royce, GKN, Aztec West etc. and public transport links into the city centre.

A bit about me. I'm quite a relaxed, active person, who enjoys spending plenty of time outdoors, climbing, cycling and running amongst many sports. I'm generally quite social, enjoy cooking and always up for a pint but not necessarily a party animal.

It would be good to share with someone with a similar vibe and who is relatively tidy.
