Large double-room available in St Anne's. The room looks out on to the garden.

Furnished with a double-bed, bedside table, shelves, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.

There is a bus stop around the corner which takes you to the centre in 15/20 minutes (no.5) and carries onto clifton Village. Alternatively the cycle is around 15 minutes to Castle park. There is space for another car on the driveway, and on-street parking is unpermitted.

The house is close by to some open spaces - Nightingale Valley and St Anne's Park and only 10 minutes by bike to St Georges Park and also Conham River Park is not too far.

Looking for someone preferably 28+ who doesn't work from home and is easygoing. Mature students and PHD students accepted. I may have friend/family dogs stay for a short time, so not suitable for someone who doesn't like dogs or is allergic - however the amount of time I'll have a dog in the house is very minimal, and may not happen at all during your stay.

About me - I work in marketing for a charity, I cycle everywhere and I'm into rowing and swimming.

Available from July onwards. You will have the place to yourself for the majority of the summer as I will be away.
