I have 2 good doubles, a large double and a large double with ensuite available. All bills are included and I'm open to reasonable offers.

I'm looking for relaxed people who will treat the place like their own and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Ideally young professionals who can evidence income. I'll be looking to select people who I think have shared interests and will live well together. I may move back into the house in the future so would want a nice group. I would prefer individuals to couples just so there aren't too many people in the house - but one couple could work, particularly in the en suite.

I'm also open to a group or family renting as a whole and will listen to offers on that basis as well.
