Quietly situated at the back of the house with a great view out towards Bath and Wells, looking out over the garden. The house itself is a Edwardian semi-detached full of character with a large garden and sunroom.

Last year we managed to grow a selection of vegetables and fruit, hoping to have an equally productive year this year. The house is situated right next to the 42 bus route which takes you into the centre. You can also easily get the bus into Bath with a short walk. The 45, 44 and 43 also run from nearby. Just behind the property there is a lovey green space to explore and also Magpie bottom and the river nature reserve are located nearby. Together with this , it's easy to walk to both the gym and cinema, and Asda is an easy drive. Parking is on street, you don't need a permit. All bills are included except electric and gas, which are split equally between the 3 of us.

We are a laid back tidy household. Looking for someone to fit in nicely. It's not a party house. But we do enjoy the odd trip to the pub, some live music and a drink with some friends in the evenings. I have 2 cats; Toulouse and Truffle. Truffle is a bit of a princess and will only let you touch her on her terms. Toulouse generally just wants any food on offer, a slight rustle of a packet he'll be there. And before you realise it , he'll be curled up on your lap.
I do quite a bit of paddle boarding , trail running and hiking in my free time. We cook the odd meal together when our schedules coincide and it's nice to have a catch up and watch a movie when we've got some downtime.
