Double Room Available in Friendly, Spacious House. Great Location

I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely double room as I’m relocating for work.
The room is bright and spacious, located on the ground floor, and comes fully furnished. It also has the added benefit of being the only downstairs bedroom, so the nearby toilet/shower room is rarely used by others and feels almost like a private bathroom.

The house itself is large, clean, and well looked after, with a shared kitchen, living room, and a great garden space. The current housemates are all friendly and respectful. It’s a really easy and comfortable place to live.

Location-wise, it’s ideal, just a short walk to the Harbourside and city centre, with plenty of green spaces, shops, and restaurants nearby.

Street parking available (permit required)
Bills not included (usually around £50pcm)
Tenancy runs July–June, but open to discussing options.

It’s genuinely a great house, I’ve loved living here, and am really sad to leave, so I’m hoping to find someone who’ll be a good fit.
