Hi! My current flatmate is moving out for work, so I’m looking for someone new to share my lovely two-bedroom apartment right in the centre of Bristol. The flat is in a modern building with a balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, and a shared roof terrace. It originally came unfurnished, but I’ve since furnished the shared areas (as you’ll see in the photos). The available room has a built-in wardrobe, and the current furniture (bed, table, etc.) can be purchased from my outgoing flatmate if you’d like. The bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms.

I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, and considerate — that’s a must — and ideally a sociable, friendly person who’s up for sharing a relaxed, comfortable home. A bit about me: I’m a working professional (researcher), usually in the office Monday to Friday. Outside of work, I’m an easygoing person who enjoys travelling, watching Netflix (always up for a series or movie), going to the gym regularly, and occasionally playing sports like badminton or tennis (still a beginner!). I also enjoy going out for dinner or a drink now and then. I’d love to live with someone who’s friendly, relaxed, and open to socialising occasionally — whether that’s a chat after work, a drink, or watching something together.
