Hiya, I'm subletting my room from 1st April-12th June (exact dates flexible). The room is in a two bed house in Barton Hill, close to Church Road and Netham Park. We have a back entrance for bikes and on street parking. £500/month all bills included. You'd be sharing with Tamara who owns the house, she's lovely and sociable. We're both nearly 32 work 9-5, vegetarian, enjoy being cosy hanging out at home, walking in Wales, pretending we can surf and enjoy a night out or trip to our local.

We very much consider the house a shared welcoming space and want someone to really feel at home, even if it is just for a limited time. With everybody who has already lived here whilst one of us has been away, we have really enjoyed getting to know them, sharing laughs, meals and bits about our day.
