Recently renovated with a great letting agency who helps fix any issues promptly
Separate living room and kitchen/diner spaces
Outside areas in the front and back where you can catch some lovely rays!

Spacious double bed room; unfurnished but can negotiate if you’d like some of the furnishings
Easy public transport access/short walking distance to city centre; close to the cycle path
On road parking without permit needed
Just off of Church Road which has plenty of cafes, shops and an ALDI, Lidl and Tesco Express
10 min walk away from St George Park; 5 min walk from Netham Park

Must be able to provide proof of income for the letting agency’s screening, plus a deposit but we can discuss this if needed.

I’m Emily, by day I work (from home) as a Software Engineer at ZOE, a science and nutrition company. I love to spend my time doing as many things as I can: spending time in nature, climbing, dancing, joining different Queer communities, being silly and connecting with friends & partners, making lovely food, trying new hobbies (crafting, theatre, choir, burlesque, to name a few). Also, more recently increasingly appreciating dancing the night away at Bristol’s best (Queer) parties, haven’t tended too be too much of a party house but occasionally host pres or smaller gatherings.
Very friendly and social but also pretty busy & appreciate the house’s multiple spaces and its ability to create quiet downtime.
Queer, Neurodivergent, and Polyam, which is important to me that you’re comfortable with

🌱About you:

I’d love to find a housemate who cares about creating/building a sense of home & mutual support where we live. This might mean shared meals/movies/boardgames, late night chats over hot chocolate, painting the walls (recently given permission) and/or helping to decorate the space.
