Hi there,

I have an unfurnished room (though, if furnishing is required, let me know) available for a short term let with a potential to stay on longer (depending on circumstances) in a recently renovated and refurbished house in St Jude's/Easton. Recent high-spec renovations means absolutely everything is brand new and working.

The property is technically in St Jude's, sandwiched between Easton and Old Market, so very close to all the pubs and amenities of the area and the centre. Parking can be arranged if required - providing a parking permit for the entire Easton/St Philips area.

I'd say the room would possibly suit a creative or more nomadic individual as it's a short term let, however, if you're interested just drop me a line with some info about yourself.
