Room to let in Clifton, Bristol, approx. 10 minute walk from the Uni of Bristol and 15 minutes from the city centre. Looking for a tenant for approx. 3 months but flexible.

Maisonette property, spanning the first and second floors of the building, with a private entrance at street level.

The room comes with a double bed, a dresser, a desk, and shelving. There is plenty of room under the bed for extra storage. There are two windows that provide good natural light and ventilation. There are only two plug sockets, but I will leave extension cables that more than make up for this.

There is one shared bathroom, with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped - it has an oven, gas hob, air fryer, kettle, and two large fridge-freezers. The kitchen connects to the living room, with two couches and a large table, used frequently for board games and D&D sessions. There is a projector which we often use to communally watch movies and TV series.

You will be moving into an all male, mixed occupation household (2 students and 2 in work). They are a friendly and respectful bunch who you are sure to get along with. Both male and female tenants have lived at this property and people of all genders and orientations are welcome to apply.
