We have a double room available end of May this year, its a lovely medium size room perfect for a single person. We have a lovely house living with myself my partner and another of our tenants. The house is a lovely clean and tidy house with a lovely garden with 2 ponds with koi fish. We also have a french balldog. We are really easy going people we love to keep a clean tidy house we are looking for a male or female to join us, the room is not suitable for 2 people unfortunately no pets or dss excepted. We are all fun easy going friendly people. The room is £550 per month with £250 deposit, the room dose include full monthly rent all bills washing up liquid clothes washing tablets and toilet rolls are all included in the rent also. We live in knowle bs4 if you are interested in a viewing get in touch. Again available end of May 2026 for as long as needed. We have more pics of the room and house so just ask.
