Hi,

I am taking a few weeks off from work to walk the Camino de Santiago and do some other travelling and am subletting my room for this time. At the moment the start and end time is a bit flexible, although I would need someone to move in between mid-April and early May.

My current housemate (who you would be sharing with) owns the house. He is very chill about sharing the space and there is plenty of space for two people with a big living room and kitchen and a little garden well protected from the weather out the back, which is perfect for Spring.

Will (my housemate) works from home and is happy to socialise, but is also out various evenings for gigs or dance events (we're both swing dancers).

Rent is £666 including all bills. The room is furnished with a double bed, drawers, hanging space, desk and shelves.

There is on street parking which is free, but the street does get quite busy.

There is a bus stop 3mins walk away, with plenty of options for buses to get into the city center and the house is within 10mins walk of 3 supermarkets, the Loaf bakery and various other shops on Church Rd.
