Hi All,

I’m looking for someone to take over my room from the 1st May! You will be sharing with my lovely housemate (25) in a central Bristol flat - 10 minute walk to Bristol Temple Meads and Kings Street! The rent is £750pcm + bills, which is very good for the area!

The room itself will becoming unfurnished and is a decent sized double room with enough space for a bed, chest of drawers and cupboard/clothes rail. The flat is a lovely size, with a big, cosy living area with a Juliette balcony, an integrated kitchen and a large bathroom with shower over bath.
